Yoga for Tight People (In Person!)

Sundays 9:30 - 10:45 a.m.

The Yoga Room, Tahoe City

Align your body and refine your poses in this active class, suitable for beginners and experts alike. Students can expect long holds, attention to detail and the breaking down of poses to help them understand key alignment principles and deepen their relationship with the physical and subtle bodies. The class is capped off with guided relaxation techniques during savasana final resting pose.

Private Yoga

While sharing energy and space in a class can be a beautiful experience, every student has a unique anatomy, skill level and set of needs. If you're looking to delve deeper into your personal practice, want help approaching a more complicated pose or breath practice or need some extra attention to strengthen problem areas pre- or post-injury, a private session could be good for you. 1:1 Customized Instruction

Pricing

90-minute Introductory Session- $150

This fully-customized session is required for new clients.

Together, we’ll identify areas that need more mobility, support or strengthening

through a 20 minute alignment consultation, 60 minutes of movement and 10 minutes of guided relaxation.

4-Sessions - $400

A 4-session package is great for refined work on one specific area of the body.

Clients will receive weekly sessions, as well as a weekly worksheets with photos

and key alignment principles to practice the sequence at home.

An introductory session is required to sign up for this package.

12-Session Transformation - $1,200

Transform your Body & Life in this 12-week series.

Relieve Physical & Emotional Pain. Create Vitality in all of your
