Yoga and mindfulness practices in the workplace can boost resilience to stress, improve focus and decision making abilities and encourage collaboration and innovation. Employees who have participated in mindfulness programs reported connecting more with their work and feeling energized and more easily inspired. Mindfulness practices have have also saved businesses thousands of dollars in health care costs and through increased productivity.

Rooted Awakening’s Corporate Wellness Program is designed to help employees feel their best and to give them the tools to show up each day with more intention, focus and freedom to create and innovate.

Programs are fully customized to meet each team’s needs. They include mindfulness practices such as breathwork and visualization, embodiment work, journaling and discussion. Mindful movement is also an option if the team desires.
